Full length standing mirror can add light and depth to any room in your home. Full length mirrors work well in changing room, walk-in closet and bathroom. While you can find cheap full-length mirrors on your local hardware, they may not suit your style or space. With a piece of mirror glass and a few supplies from local stores, you can build a custom full length standing mirror that fits your decor and room.

Ideas for build full length standing mirror, place 5-foot with 7-foot mirror glass, downside down, on a floor covered with a soft dust sheet. You do not want to scratch the surface of the mirror while you work. You can buy that piece of glass from a specialty glass store, and your local ice cream maker can also wear mirror glass. Apply inner quality construction adhesive easily to the corners and edges of the back of the mirror. Make sure that the mirror is downward when you do this. Place the plywood on the back of the mirror. Make sure the edges of the plywood line with the edges of the mirror. Let the glue dry for one or two hours. When the glue had dried it would be impossible to remove the plywood from the mirror.

Use sandpaper for light sand edges of plywood. Make sure the edges remain flush to the mirror. With the small brush, apply a layer of paint, cut edges of plywood. Use small, gentle strokes to avoid getting paint on the full length standing mirror surface. Let the paint dry for three or four hours.
